Carbon Fiber has gained popularity over the past few decades because it is extremely light weight and strong. And, more than anything, it looks and feels cool. Carbon Fiber feels like something out of the future, but it’s here now – and it could even be your next business card. Our Carbon Fiber is .5mm thick and, you guessed it – durable and lightweight.
Pull a credit card from your wallet – that card is 3.375 X 2.125 inches. Our industry calls these dimensions CR80 – it’s extremely common and that’s the size of our Carbon Fiber Business Cards! Because carbon fiber is so strong, we must die-cut our cards to this shape – other cutting processes simply wouldn’t be efficient. If you’re looking for a custom shape or cut-outs, please contact us for a quote.
Your artwork will be full color printed to the Carbon Fiber Business Card surface. We'll include one side full color printing as part of our standard pricing and if your artwork requires double-sided printing, simply add that to your order. Each card comes with it's own clear plastic sleeve to elevate the presentation and protect the card from scratching. Pantone ® color matching is available upon request at our standard 2-3 week production time.
Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the carbon fiber finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.
What if I don’t have artwork?
No problem. Let our in-house artwork team design a card for you based on your current logo or input. We know how to make you look good – guaranteed!
How do I send artwork for my order?
During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have our internal design team work on your layout. Either way, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Artwork Service step.
What’s included with your standard pricing?
We like to make things simple. Our pricing includes all cut-through areas, all surface-etched areas, rounded corners and one screen printed color. And, each card comes in its own plastic sleeve for protection.
Can I order for multiple people in a single order?
Yes! And, there is no split fee if each person orders 50pcs or more. Simply note this in the 'Design Content' section while completing your order.
Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my card?
Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your cards. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.
When will I see my first design?
Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 working hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload).
Once your first proof is complete you will receive an Email with a link to your design for review and approval – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there.
You can submit any revisions and questions to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.
What if I order your artwork service and don’t like the design you email me?
If for some reason you don’t like the initial proof of your design, we will work with you on your design until you are completely happy – that is our promise. Our second promise is that when you have your cards and hand them out, you will become a customer for life. Unlike other competitors, we have an entire team of in-house graphic designers at our offices in Southern California. If needed, they will literally pick-up the phone to call you – or you can call them at any time during business hours. We’re friendly, promise! :)
What is the general turnaround time?
General production time is between 2-3 weeks after artwork confirmation. Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions for more information or use the Contact Us page to discuss your project. Expedited shipping options can be seen at checkout.
Is there a set-up fee?
If you are supplying vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees. If you would like us to design your card, we offer a design service with up to five changes.
Is rush production and delivery available?
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks, but if you need expedited production please visit our Frequently Asked Questions for more information or use the Contact Us page to discuss your project. Expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout.
Can I add variable names or numbers to these metal business cards?
Yes! We call this variable data - it’s applied with a state-of-the-art laser. You may add this to your order in the check-out process. To specify your variable information, simply upload an Excel file along with your artwork, or note that you would like each card numbered 001 – 100, or 1001 – 1100, etc. You may also specify the font for your variable information. How heavy are the cards?
The cards weigh roughly about 4lbs for 100pcs - that's less than one ounce per card. Cards with many cut-through areas will weigh even less.
Can I get a custom shaped card?
Yes, a custom shaped card is no problem, and no additional charge, so long as it fits within the general dimensions of 3.5 X 2”. Credit card dimensions (CR80 – 3.37 X 2.12”) are also included at no additional price. Please specify this request in your artwork notes.
STEP 1 | ORDER Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. No artwork, no problem! Just add our Card Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.
STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 10 business days (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website
